The brand is Stash, I first came across it in our supermarket in our previous place of residence, when they actually stocked chai at the store, though shortly after they stopped. Then we moved, and not being able to actually find it anywhere else, I looked online, and found that Stash have a website.

I've ordered from them twice now, and I'm really happy with them, both in service and product.
If you like tea, that site is going to make you drool, they have so much variation it's not funny. Both teabags and loose tea, and even a (limited) range of organic tea.
They have all kinds of chai too. Regular, double spice, green chai, holiday chai (which has like gingerbread/rum flavouring, which I like) and decaf chai. I've had the regular, double spice and holiday chai, and enjoy all of them.
