We usually go to the Friday 6pm class, and either Saturday or Sunday 4pm, depending on what we have planned that day. The past two weekends we haven't made it to either afternoon class, but we hope to rectify that soon.

http://www.yoga-spa.com/ is the studio's site. A single class is $22 I believe and they'll give you free mat rental the first time. You'll want to bring 2 towels and a washcloth (1 towel and the washcloth go into the class with you, the second towel is to wipe down after). A change of undergarments will also be a good idea. We usually shower when we get back home, so you can do that too, or you can have a quick shower there too as they do have shower facilities.

Oh, and bring a bottle of water, you'll definitely need that.
