Afternoons seem to be the worst time though, and I'm glad to say that at least this afternoon it's a very mild headache. Most of the rest of the day seems to be fine (after I've had 2 ibuprofen, but I don't think those work for HOURS after I've taken them... so who knows).
So it seems to be lessening, but it's not all gone.
