Also known as a "Qi Pao" and "Hong Kong Dress". It's basically those mandarin collar Chinese dresses with the frog closures, often made in a nice brocade.

I have a black brocade with gold medallions to make one with, but the other week I also acquired a fabric with skulls and roses on it to make one out of, because I thought that would be fun. Quite tongue in cheek and amusing for club wear as well.
