So the other day I finally figured out why the muscles in both upper arms hurt, particularly the right one of which the shoulder muscle was also sore. It was that supposedly gracious swandive I took walking back to the car from Makeda's, when I failed to see a large protruding chunk of cement which was a part of some bus shelter I believe. Apparantly it looked gracious to those who commented on it, because I managed to do this in front of a company of about 8-10 people, but it felt more like slo-mo embarrassment to me.
I'm tired, I ramble. I slept long enough though, so I have no idea why I feel tired.
Did my errands, have an appointment tomorrow with the girly-bits doctor (such fun), life is just so interesting.
I'm miffed that McCallum is no longer on tv. I believe that last week was the last episode, if someone's comments on a John Hannah fansite are to be believed. Not much else that's interesting on tv tonight... dozens and dozens of channels and mostly it's crap or repeats. Anyway, I think it's time to go heat the remainder of the lemon soufflĂ© pudding that I made yesterday, and then probably to go read some more in CaitlĂn R. Kiernan's The Five of Cups, which I'm enjoying immensely so far.
