Pity about your industrial :( I know for a short while I thought mine might grow out too at the top hole, but it just needed to settle in.
The rook will be in the opposite ear to the industrial. The lobe piercing that needs repiercing is on the industrial side. Eventually I'd like a daith (http://www.bmezine.com/pierce/01-ear/A60417/high/bmegl256586.jpg) in the ear with the industrial... though I do worry that that one might interfere with walkman/mp3 player earphones.
