My name is Rex, and I'm contacting everybody on both alendraevn and extatika's friends list to make a plea on their behalves.
As most of you should know, the pair of them are wishing to travel overseas to be with their respective partners, extatika to the UK and alendraevn to the US. I know that individually none of us has it within our power to grant such a thing, but collectively we may just be able to manage it.
Both of them have birthdays coming up at the start of May. This gives all of us a month to save/put aside some money. I am personally pledging $100. I expect no more from anyone, and if both these people are on your friends lists, then it only means $50 each, but it's still something. If enough of us can get in on this, maybe we can help the universe along in granting our friends' wishes.
The entire logistics of collecting any funds raised I have yet to work out, and said logistics are of course dependent on the response this message gets. Please respond, even if only to tell me to naff off.
I honestly think we can do this, even if all we achieve is a nest egg for the pair of them to build on.
