Okay, so I emailed eToys.com about the two broken action figures, and they emailed back saying that they were shipping out a new Wellington (from the Corpse Bride; He's the one with the lame head that flops back and forth) at no extra cost to me, and I can get rid of the one I have how I see fit.

The re-order doesn't mention anything about the Victoria figure though, which is the one missing the finger. So I emailed back and am awaiting a response on that issue.

So far though I give their customer service two thumbs way up. They responded really fast to the email, and were obliging enough to replace my item free of charge. (And that's two thumbs on top of the two thumbs up they already get for the usual ordering/shipment stuff, as they were pretty fast with that too).

Edit: They're replacing Victoria too. Coolness.

Hrm...

Is it lame to return a $7.9911.99 action figure because you find out upon opening the box and attaching it to its base that one of the fingers has been broken off (something that happened during production somewhere, as it's not in the box, and the stump has been painted over)?
