Yeah, I was talking to Vervain about Bikram. Have you had a look at the testimonials on that site? I figured you might be interested in it. Vervain said that all the NJ studios listed on that Bikram site are all too far away from you guys though, which is a shame. (Hoboken; Maple Shade; Rumson; Summit - coming soon!; Voorhees/W. Berlin; Westwood).
But yeah, I'm aware that that first time especially is going to be rough. However, the more I read about it, the more I think the heat will be a good thing. It also gives the yoga a much bigger kick too.
