Spam Idiocy

Now I know that spam apparantly has something like a 0.5% effectiveness, meaning that there are still some schmucks out there that fall for whatever spammage it is that drops into your inbox... but I have to wonder if ANYONE could take this seriously enough and order away:

"fabuklous! I took the only one pijll of Cialgs and that was such a GREAT weekend! All the girls at the party were just punch-drungk with my potentiagl I have fgcked all of them THREE times but my dgck WAS able to do some more!"

And yes I realise they misspell words in order to bypass keyword filtering etc. but still...
