Dreamtime

daskreestofKreestof what was that good dream cocktail again? B6, B12 and ... melatonin? Anything else?

Melatonin, Gingko Biloba, B6 and B12

Good luck!

The B's alone seem to have helped, as I took my multi-vitamin last night, for the first time in a while, and my dreams were better than they have been lately.

And thanks.

[livejournal.com profile] vgnwtch takes melatonin to help her insomnia, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. :-/

It's not so much the getting to sleep part, it's the having not so pleasant lucid dreams part.

I took my multivitamin again for the first time in a while, which at least has both the B's recommended for the good dreams, and my dreams were actually a lot more pleasant.

Ugh, melatonin! That works adversely for me; I become completely unable to sleep and get very tired, stressed, and Sleepy. I think I naturally rebel against it.

But it seems to work with most people that I know use it.

Passiflora and valerian, y'all.

[identity profile] tanthe.livejournal.com 2004-05-06 03:27 pm (UTC)(link)
Is that for general sleep or good dreams? I do have valerian root (fuck that stuff smells bad, even with the bottle closed it permeates it).

Never heard the passiflora recommendation, what's that do?

Valerian is for sleep. Passiflora is for dreams...
