Oh certainly that kid deserved his punishment. And I think the parents made the perfect choice by picking out the one thing that would really hurt the most.

As for the games, they're not much use without the console... though if I were the parents I'd put them under lock and key so he can't take them over to a friends house. If the kid further infracts, then they should start ebaying those as well.

• are copied out of Microsoft Word;
• are all-red "just in case" people can't read them in black;
• SHOUT IN CAPITAL LETTERS;
• contain numerous typos and grammatical errors,

then I would hate to think how stupid the child must be.

That is one stupid fucking kid.

Now, I'm prone to steal some of my parents alcohol from time to time myself. If they buy some beer for a special occasion, I might nick one or two. Some liqour my dad bought because he wanted to make one Margarita, I'll snag some of that too. But, I generally refrain from inviting friends over and drinking all of the beer, and anything in a bottle with a date on it is to be avoided at all costs.
