The only downside to a breadmaker/make-at-home pizza would be that you have to pre-plan your shopping to have toppings in the house. You can't just go "well, there's not much in the fridge and I don't feel like cooking, let's make pizza", which you can with delivery/pick-up food.
In Holland you used to be able to buy boxes of pizza dough mix I think, though I know my mother used to just use white bread mix because it was lighter, and the pizza base mix would make a dense and sometimes hard base.
