annuinDropped my brothers off at the airport earlier this evening. Their plane should have taken off about 40 or so minutes ago. It's so quiet in the house now without them here, back to just me and PreZ again... well, and the fat blob known as Chestnut, but she's a loaner.
Saturday we attempted to get rush tickets to Metamorphoses, which didn't succeed as they were all sold out. We ended up having dinner on Broadway near Times Square and just headed back home. It was also really really damn cold that day, which made being outside longer than 10 minutes very unpleasant.
We ended up playing an online game of freeciv, my brothers and I, PreZ and we even got Bekar in on the fun. Was amusing enough, until we realised the AI player in the game was *way* more advanced than anybody and it was a lost cause. And we weren't that far into the game to realise that. Ugh! no more AI units.
Anyway, had a lot of fun with both brothers around for the two weeks, even though it was far too short, and it just makes me wish it was easier/cheaper to visit more often.
