Chamber of Secrets
Nov. 17th, 2002 05:12 amPreZ and I went to see the second Harry Potter installment tonight, which I much enjoyed.
It's darker than the first, with many humourous moments interspersing the action moments. Definitely aimed also at a slightly older audience than the first one.
I was definitely glad that even though it only opened yesterday that the 11pm showing was fairly deserted. Last year we went at a similar time on the first weekend I believe and the theatre was packed. No noisy popcorn munchers or annoying chatterboxes that I wanted to throttle which was good. It's also the reason we generally choose the graveyard shift to go see movies anyway. Far less annoying people.
