Makin' Magic is addictive and fun.
It's also responsible for long absences from irc because I have to shut everything down lest it either makes my buildings go transparent, blur into each other and other weird stuff, or it just gives me bsod's. Very annoying, especially when I have a good computer that is more than adequately equipped to handle the game. Gah!
Sunday was a quiet day, mostly due to snow. So social plans were cancelled. PreZ and I just took things easy, talked alot and just vegged around the house. We watched the Bravo interview of Cate Blancett on Inside The Actor's Studio which was very entertaining. Cate Blanchett seems like a great person, very humble too. I would have liked to have seen The Missing this weekend, in which she stars with Tommy Lee Jones, but due to circumstances that didn't happen on Friday or Saturday, and to my dismay it was no longer playing locally on Sunday. Bloody holiday season. Bloody idiot people who just want blockbuster schlock. It's still playing at the Palisades, for now... so I think I might egg PreZ on to go see it this week, before it stops playing all over the place.
