Okay, so it's lame to use someone else's wish for the New Year, but he is so much more eloquent than I.
And this one snatched from Ms. Priest's journal, for amusement:
New Year's wisdom from comedian Ron White:
"I believe that if life hands you lemons, you should make lemonade. And then you should go find someone to whom life has handed vodka ..."
Ron White's stand-up is well worth checking out incidentally. A couple of weekends ago Kit and I were laughing with tears in our eyes as we watched his "They Call Me Tater Salad" show on Comedy Central.
