Quieter Still

annuinMonday evening Kit came to pick up the birds and Chestnut. He had dinner here and we ended up watching Priscilla, Queen of the Desert. It snowed again, another quarter-half inch on top of the stuff that fell on Sunday night. So my brothers actually had snow when they left too. Luckily not enough to cause nasty airplane delays and such.
I threw out the Christmas tree on Monday too, I was fed up with looking at it. Next year I think we need one a fraction smaller, with having my brothers sleeping in the living room having a large tree in there kind of filled the place up, and made getting around their sleeping area and the tree a bit of a squeeze. Of course we'll have needles in the carpet til next Christmas no doubt ;)
Now all I need to do is get through a backlog of household chores and then some computer related ones. Yay for plans and lists, now to keep at them.
