Is it lame to return a $7.9911.99 action figure because you find out upon opening the box and attaching it to its base that one of the fingers has been broken off (something that happened during production somewhere, as it's not in the box, and the stump has been painted over)?

Figures that on one of the other figures I then go and accidentally break off one of the little pegs that keep him attached to the base. Though his head is completely lame and flops back and forwards o.O so I might have to email them about that too... (or is that too picky?).

Yeah, Victoria (Corpse Bride) just doesn't look the same with half of her index finger missing o.O

And then I noticed that Wellington's head is lame, and flops backwards and forwards without holding a pose.

Well, the store is only a reseller, as the action figures are made by McFarlane toys (I bought Corpse Bride action and display figures).

The packing slip does have a return policy, though it states only returns and no exchanges on collectibles, which is a bit strange. So I'd have to return them, wait for my refund, and then buy new Victoria and Wellington figures.
