Those of you in the US who live near a P.F. Chang's I highly highly recommend the Banana Spring Rolls. They are made of the awesome. And this is a sound endorsement, coming from someone who generally doesn't eat bananas (I'm not too big on the slimy exterior texture of cold bananas).

The rest of their food is yummy also, and they're not expensive either, we've spent less there than at a Applebees/TGI type establishment, for food which I liked a lot more.

Seriously, the banana spring rolls (with a touch of cinnamon, and served with pineapple-coconut icecream), you need them!

yeah, babe! I LURVE their double-pan-fried noodles. And I can eat the entire plate of garlic-sauteed spinach PLUS my regular meal. oink.

I'll have to try those when we next go.

They have a really nice lamb dish that I had last time, Chengdu Lamb I think... with tomato and cumin, not 2 ingredients I necessarily associate immediately with Chinese food. Very yummy.

Banana spring rolls sounds strangely alluring :) I bet it would take on here!
