I disagree and here's why.
1. Myspace has superior blogging capabilities, but still nothing compared to facebook.
2. Facebook is constantly violating your privacy. The 200+ people on my friends list don't need to know when I comment on someones photo, nor do they need to know when I do anything I don't post actually. The privacy settings to block this behavior are buggy and unreliable at best, and complete fail for the majority.
3. Myspace never told people on my friends list what I just bought from their Amazon wishlist for them. Facebook did.
4. Myspace never contained complete ownership over a video I made and post a link to from their site. (a video they did not host.) Those same TOS did not claim that their ownership of my video continued after I deleted my account; but facebook did.
5. Myspace never sent me 400 emails a week for invites to applications that spread like hoax viruses. This is how facebook worked by default last year.
