I vote for the first one for a couple of reasons (just my personal opinion, of course - feel free to disagree):
1.) Basic design - will look great with cute capris, faded jeans, or printed summer dresses/skirts (etc.) regardless of style. Plus they won't look dated after a couple of years.
2.) All-black colouring. Won't clash whether you're wearing black or colours. The white stitching on the others might look out of place if you're not wearing any white/silver/grey. Much more "all-purpose".
3.) Ideal for your needs. I tend to find that contrast stitching on flats makes them look more like sneakers. If sneakers are what you're trying to get away from, go for plain.
4.) Suede is a bugger to keep looking nice, especially if it gets muddy or wet. Leather or vinyl is more practical for everyday wear and will last longer.
