Road Trip

So, tomorrow morning (Thursday) we head off to NC. PreZ's aunt from here in NY is getting up at like 4am to start the trek down there with a bunch of others. Supposedly the bride's mother thought it would be nice if we could arrive there relatively early. Considering it's 11 hours driving time, not even counting pit stops etc., for us to arrive 'early' would mean we have to get up at the arsecrack of dawn, or way before.

Sorry lady, we're already driving down there 11+ fucking hours to go to this wedding, when I would have much preferred to be partying in Vegas for Convergence 9, so you can kiss my ass. We're already arriving a day early as the wedding isn't til Saturday, so I don't see the rush.

So, probably completely computerless until we get back sometime late Sunday. We're taking the laptop, but I doubt we'll have any net access. I'm an internet addict *sob* how will I ever cope.
