Does that count for multiple deities? Because I've had whole conversations. But I'd say the problem is when your conversation (or delusion, if you'd prefer) interferes with your ability to function appropriately and healthily in society. The man has been crossing this line for years, though I'm disinclined to believe that he genuinely believes any of this stuff himself.
